Who we are
Property Investment Network (PIN Australia) was founded by two property investors, with 25 years combined experience. We are just regular guys, who have a passion for putting property deals together.
What we do
We work with a number of real estate agents and we are always watching the market, so we can spot properties that are:
- Well-priced, below their true market value, and/or
- Suited to a renovation, addition, or some other strategy to increase their value.
Sometimes we buy these properties to keep as medium- or long-term investments, or we on-sell them to other investors or homeowners. Sometimes we do not purchase them, but we help other investors to buy properties by acting as dealmaker and/or project manager for their projects. Either way, our aim is captured in our motto – ‘Helping you invest in property’.
